I do unlimited calls between a set time, so that the author can get the perfect product.
I have a Worldbuilding option in the higher prices, which will be where I advise on worldbuilding, and fill empty spaces. I can even help figure out names for locations that may be stumping you.
I work very closely with the author, more of a collaboration than commission.
I am very passionate about worldbuilding AND writing, so I know how much you poured into the world and its story, and I want to give the perfect piece to represent it.
I am quick, relatively cheap, though I DON'T lack quality.
Wayfinders-Ink is a commission based business dedicated to creating beautiful, accurate maps for authors and creative enthusiasts alike. As an author myself I fully understand how hard you work on your book and want to put in the same amount of effort for the maps inside it. Wayfinders-Ink is a fairly new business, having started in May 2026, and though it is still getting its legs beneath it, I am dedicated to keeping the quality at a professional level. I use an advanced map making application to create the digital maps that are emailed to the collaborator upon completion. I have full commercial use for the maps so legal implications are kept to a minimum. I also have a legal release paper in order to further prevent legal issues should it be requested. My name is Cayden McAdow, a follower of Christ, Author, Cartographer, and Creative Enthusiast. I am currently enrolled in my dream school, The Author Conservatory, and I am working to publish high quality novels for Fiction/Fantasy lovers that demonstrate good values. I have been doing Cartography for years and absolutely love world-building; you can often find me daydreaming about the many fantastical worlds created and yet to be created. I love to view my map-making process as something more of a collaboration than just a commission-based transaction, as I always develop a love for the authors worlds and friendship with the author.
